Honey roast figs, Cornish Blue Cheese, rocket, balsamic glaze

Griddled courgettes, sea salt, mint, crushed pea dressing

Main courses

Roast Cornish topside of Beef, Roast potatoes, Yorkshire pudding, buttered sweetheart cabbage and leeks, cauliflower cheese, lemon glazed carrots, red wine jus.

Roast Cornish rack of lamb, rosemary jus, roast baby potatoes with garlic and rock salt, wilted greens

Chicken supreme, cream, spinach and bacon sauce, crushed new potatoes, tender stem broccoli

Seared duck breast, dauphinoise potatoes, broccoli, port jus

Roast Bass fillets, wild garlic crushed new potatoes, watercress, samphire, reduced cream

Baked salmon fillet, puff pastry case, brie, pesto, green beans, new potatoes

Crab risotto, asparagus, crème fraiche, chive oil

V         Wild mushroom and pine nut scone, green beans, cream blue cheese sauce

V         Courgette, red onion, mature cheddar, crumb, apple and cider chutney

Vegan            Spinach, cauliflower, potato filo tart, spiced chickpea salsa

Vegan            Flat bread, slow roasted cherry tomatoes, black olives, artichokes, garlic, parsley
